USSR armed forces in the system of military and patriotic upbringing of pre-recruits and recruits and their preparation to military service. Post-soviet historiography of the problem (1946-1991)

The article examines post-soviet historiography of 1990s. It touches upon the participation of the USSR army and fleet in preparation of pre-recruits and recruits to military service in 1946-1991. The author shows the directions of its development and problems which negatively influenced the historical study in the field under consideration.
