The question of hereditary relationship with a foreign element

Inheritance is one of the oldest institutions, regulation, which is carried out taking into account the specifics of customs, religions, traditions in each state. As a result, certain difficulties arise in the regulation of hereditary relations in the development of unified and uniform rules. This article examines the characteristic features of hereditary relations between Russian and foreign citizens in the Russian Federation, as well as abroad. In addition, the article analyzes foreign and national legislation on inheritance issues within the framework of private international law.
