On poly-cultural education in domestic and foreign pedagogics

The author focuses on theoretical aspects of a poly-cultural education phenomenon. In globalisation and conditions of social process integration it lays the foundation for a full-fledged polylogue of cultures in the process of education and upbringing, for a growing generation tolerance development, an efficient interaction with other ethnic groups keeping ethnic, religious and personal identity.
