К the question of classification of the persons brought to administrative responsibility

The Subject of administrative responsibility is, first of all, the subject of an administrative offense. As the term "subject of an administrative offence" means a person who has committed an offence, the sanction for which will serve as an administrative punishment. In turn, administrative responsibility extends to a certain range of entities that are endowed with different rights, to the vastness of these rights is the legal regime of their responsibility. This article deals with the problem of classification of persons who are brought to administrative responsibility.
