Development of information system for peasant farm economy in the field of medicinal plant cultivation

In the 21st century, medicinal plant cultivation in Russia is entering a new phase of its development. In the Republic of Buryatia, small and medium-sized businesses are involved in the cultural cultivation of medicinal plants. Development of an information system containing data on the production, sale and industrial processing of pharmaceutical crops for economic entities is a pressing issue today. Information system for medicinal plant production can be modeled on the basis of accounting (financial) statements (Form 1- KFKh), containing the results of the farmers’ production and financial activities. At present farmers, due to their busyness with production issues, do not independently keep records of their activities, so they hire specialists from consultancy firms to render accounts. The article discusses the demand, structure and variety of outsourcing services, describes reporting sections (Form 1-KFKh).
