Issues of forming a strategy for the development of Russia and regions in modern conditions: main priorities

The article considers the main directions of formation of the national Concept of development of Russia in the conditions of economic crisis. The priorities of its formation and ensuring sustainable development are highlighted: social, environmental, and economic. The main directions of the regional development strategy are considered on the example of the development Strategy of the Krasnodar territory. An assessment of the continuity of the national and regional development strategy was made and the main component was identified: public-private partnership as a guarantee of sustainable development
