Questions of the constitutionality of some provisions criminal procedure law

The article deals with the problematic issues of bringing the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code of Russia in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation. The analysis of the legal position of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation in relation to the regulation of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, some of the measures prior restraint, the provisions governing the relations in the field of constitutional law at the rehabilitation and procedural aspects of the implementation of this right.
