Issues of stealing of drugs with characteristics of the objective aspect

The article deals with the main problems arising in law enforcement practice, and with issues that are reasons for discussions in scientific literature as they are related to determining the nature of narcotic drugs stealing, the importance of such sign as the "gratuitousness" for qualifying stealing of narcotic drugs, as well as to the distinction of ways of stealing narcotic drugs and determining the moment of the crime completion.
