Issues of qualifying the sale of drugs containing a potent substance sibutramine through the retail pharmaceutical system

The problems of qualifying the sale of drugs containing a potent substance "Sibutramine" through the retail pharmaceutical system are considered in this article. Taking into account the prevalence of the sales of these drugs through the retail pharmaceutical system as well as the fact that public doesn't take such acts as crimes the authors suggest their own ways of solution of the stated problem.
