Questions of treatment the severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

1987 patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease are surveyed. At all patients the expressed respiratory insufficiency and oppression natural expectoration was marked. As a result of spent fibrobronchoscopy the massive obstruction of lower respiratory ways is revealed by a bronchial secret. To the patients, refused from fibrobronchoscopy, the forced transfer into artificial lungs ventilation has been carried out.
