Issues of setting and conduction of a comprehensive expert examination

The article analyzes the problematic issues related to aspects of a comprehensive expert examination, including the points of view of various forensic scientists on its content and concept. The author analyses criminal, civil, and administrative procedural legislation governing the setting and conducting a comprehensive expert examination. The possibility of carrying out a comprehensive expert examination by one expert is considered and justified. A unified definition of a comprehensive expert examination for various areas of procedural legislation is proposed.
