Questions about the relevance of the judicial department at the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation to state authorities

The article analyzes the provisions of the federal law "On the Judicial Department" in order to determine the legal nature of this body, examines the various positions of researchers on the affiliation of the Judicial Department to a particular branch of government, and concludes about its special competence.
