Issues related to child nutrition and material procurement for children’s homes, in the resolutions taken in 1942 by the executive committee of the Khanty Mansiysk national district

The main purpose set in this paper is introducing into an academic turnover the newly archive data on children evacuated from the blockaded Leningrad, and operation of children''s homes in the Khanty-Mansiysk national district. This data shall contribute to some extent to recollection of history of saving Soviet children during the Great Patriotic War, to collecting details for childhood episodes round the Northern region.
