Questions for evaluating lands of recreation

The article analyzes the problems of estimating the value of land located in underdeveloped recreational areas, arising from the lack of addresses and other formal location identifiers. According to the author, for the assessment of such lands it is necessary to allocate price zones on the basis of systematization of informal descriptions in classifications and other sources of information that will allow to level insufficiency of such formal information, as the address. It is proposed to use aggregated semantic characteristics of the description of the location of land plots.
