Issues of housing management organization and optimization of operational costs

The article deals with the issues of organizing the management of the housing stock in the Republic of Uzbekistan, optimizing and reducing operating costs in the activities of a private homeowners’ association. To optimize the cost necessary to use both traditional and modern, efficient technological methods. In conclusion, it is concluded that all the pros and cons of a particular method of economic analysis, as well as measures taken by the management company, must be carefully analyzed to ensure that the work does not harm the life of the object. Only in this case, decisions can be taken to optimize costs.
