Questions of the organizational structure of the Russian prosecutor's office at the present stage

In the article the prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation is considered, its structure. The normative legal acts regulating the activity of the prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation, which define additional areas of activity of prosecutors with their specific powers assigned to them, are also considered. The main problem in the activity of the prosecutor's office has also been determined and the ways of solution have been proposed.
