Issues of the powers of the state authorities of the Chelyabinsk region in the field of environmental protection and nature management

The system of state authorities of the Chelyabinsk region, which manage in the field of environmental protection in the Chelyabinsk region, has been studied. The article deals with the issues of classification of state authorities of the Chelyabinsk region, carrying out nature management, as well as the distribution of powers between these bodies in this area. Based on a comparative analysis of environmental legislation, as well as methods for delimiting the powers of state authorities in the field of environmental protection in various constituent entities of the Russian Federation, the author formulated conclusions and proposals for improving the system of environmental management bodies in the Chelyabinsk region.
