Issues of enhancement of the quality of a scientific journal

The article considers the issue concerning the periodic monitoring of the quality of the serial title as a key element in the work on the improvement of the scientific level of the journal in the case of the scientific online journal “Territorial Development Issues”. The February - July 2013-2014 issues of the Journal were analysed in order to determine further necessary steps for the enhancement of the Journals' quality. The article presents the dynamics of the Journals' development indicators for the periods indicated; it also contains several proposals for further improvement of the scientific level of the issue.
