Issues of enforcement of article 210.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Occupation of a higher position in the criminal hierarchy”

This article identifies the main problems of law enforcement of Article 210.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The analysis of judicial practice is also carried out, on the basis of which the evidentiary basis that serves to confirm the occupation by a person of a higher position in the criminal hierarchy is highlighted.
