Issues of legal status of civil servants of the Republic of Uzbekistan

This article discusses issues of the legal status of civil servants of the Republic of Uzbekistan. An analysis of the norms of official law establishing the special administrative and legal status of civil servants has been carried out. The author has examined a significant list of some features of the legal regulation of the institution of public service. The main concept of this article is that we considered the institution of public service from a systematic position. For example, the content of the concept of ‘public office’, ‘official legal relationship’, ‘position’, ‘official duties’ is revealed from the point of view of both normative content and the opinions of representatives of scientific doctrine.
