The issues of administrative responsibility usage provided by the part 1, article 20.25 in the Code of Administrative Offences of the RF (based on the results of sociological survey of the officers of the chief department of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia in Krasnoyarsk territory and on the study of records on administrative offences)

The author describes some problems of the legal regulations and the organization of the activity of the officers of the Internal Affairs in the sphere of administrative responsibility usage for the un-payment of administrative fine to the fixed date provided by the Law. The results of the sociological survey of the officers of the Chief Department of the Ministry of the Internal Affairs in Krasnoyarsk Territory and the study of the records on administrative offences provided by the Part 1, Article 20.25 in the Code of Administrative offences of the R F are given.
