Questions of application administrative responsibility for violations in the financial-budgetary sphere

The article is devoted to problems arising in the process of applying administrative responsibility, including for violations in the financial-budgetary sphere: the use of insignificance in the appointment of administrative sanctions and the application of the Statute of limitations for bringing to administrative responsibility for violation of budget legislation.
