Issues of forecasting the balance of labor resources

The article provides an overview of the methodology for developing the balance of labor resources as a combination of demographic and macroeconomic forecasts. The demographic forecast provides the number and structure of the working-age population. The macroeconomic forecast provides a promising volume of GDP and labor productivity. Their combination makes it possible to obtain a promising balance of labor resources.
