Allocation of criminal and administrative responsibility for anti-doping rule violation

Introduction: the article describes the issue of allocation of responsibility for anti-doping rule violation in criminal legislation of the Russian Federation (the Federal Law No. 392 dated November, 22 2016 included Art. 230.1. and 230.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and Administrative legislation (Art. 6.18 Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation). Materials and Methods: the International Convention against Doping in Sports6, the World Anti-Doping Code7, the Constitution of the Russian Federation8, the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation, the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, the rules of sports law1 and other normative legal acts related to the subject of the study.
