Issues of implementation of the basic principles and objectives of budget management at the regional level

The article examines the issues of budget expenditure management at the regional level. The principles of budget formation are analyzed. The main tasks of the formation of the regional budget, as well as the essence of budget planning, which is the first stage of the formation of the regional budget, are disclosed. It is determined that the management of the regional budget is a complex of interrelated stages. Conclusions are drawn that the regional budget funding should be carried out in stages, taking into account the peculiarities of both the region itself and the goals of its socio-economic development.
