Questions of reforms of technical regulation and normative supplying of meliorative branch

The analysis of standards of International organization about standardization, International electrical committee and normative documentation of the Russian Federation in a field of melioration is given and the offers for improving (complication) and processing normative and technical documentation in such branch as melioration with the purpose of harmonization (matching) with the standards are considered. Disadvantages of real normative and technical documentation are specified. The ways of improving of normative supplying of meliorative branch are given.
