Issues of observance of the rights of citizens to safe working conditions

In this article, the author considers the statistical data of industrial injuries of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Ugra, including the main types and causes of accidents at work. Special attention is paid to the control and Supervisory bodies ensuring the implementation of labor legislation in the field of labor protection. According to the results of the study, the author formed a number of measures that have a complex nature, to bring industrial injuries to zero.
