Issues of children’s and adolescents’ social development in bachelors’ training

The problem of children and adolescents social development is becoming very relevant in conditions of modern society instability. For effective and efficient work with younger generation we need professionally trained social workers, among them future bachelors of social work. In the article the opportunities to improve children's social development and foster their subject positions development in the process of socialization during bachelors’ vocational training were identified. Through the formation of professional competencies in the educational process we prepared future bachelors of social work to interact with children and adolescents, to diagnose the level of their social development, to use socio-pedagogical methods and techniques of work. The standard requirements to the results of educational programs mastering could improve the process of bachelors’ training, develop moral, personal and professional characteristics of social sphere staff.
