Issues of social security of the rural population in 1960-1980 (on the example of Surkhandarya region)

Information is provided on the work done in the field of social security of rural residents of the Surkhandarya region. In the 1960s-1980s, pensions and allowances for collective farmers were introduced. Information about the problems carried out in agriculture is analyzed. A description of the work carried out in the republic and regions in the field of social security of the rural population is given on the basis of archival data and other sources.
