The article discusses some issues of the socio-economic content and structure of intellectual potential. The basic terminology that characterizes the intellectual potential is analyzed. The conceptual apparatus of the intellectual potential of the country's economy, its personnel, scientific, material and technical, organizational and management components have been studied.
