Questions of content building contract subject

The purpose of this paper was to study the subject of the construction contract, but rather a study of its constituent parts, the question posed in the civil law theory is very relevant, as confirmed by the stormy controversy lawyers on this issue. In the analysis of judicial practice and legal opinions with regards to the subject of the construction contract, the author comes to the opinion of the need to consolidate the Civil Code of the Russian Federation constituent parts of the contract under consideration of the subject. Since they lack the participants of civil - law turnover, which is evident from the judicial practice, often errors occur at the conclusion of these agreements, which leads to different consequences.
