Issues of ratio of law, politics and economy in the Russian state

The article is devoted to the analysis of the ratio between law, politics, and economics in the Russian state. The author notes that the priority of the common over the individual in legal form is fixed precisely in the state and the legal policy of the state under the influence of the economy, however, the norms established or sanctioned by the state may be incapacitated outside the political elites and in isolation from the state economy. The forms and nature of the impact of the law on the economy can be positive and negative: law can stimulate and support effective economic development, but it can also slow it down to the point of destroying the economic sphere and the welfare of the state. Concluded that the influence of law on the economy occurs in the form of consolidation in the legal norms of the existing economic relations, the law stimulates the creation and development of new economies. In the ratio between law, economy, and politics, it is necessary to recognize the priority role of politics, in most modern countries, in which civil society has not yet reached a sufficient level of development, it is the ruling elite that shapes the socio-economic realities.
