Assessing the performance of duty units of territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia: improvement of the current methodology

The article is devoted to issues of the improving the methodology for assessing the performance of duty units of territorial bodies of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia. The author identified certain challenges in the methodology during the study, suggested a number of recommendations for improving the methodology, including the development of criteria for assessing the performance of duty units based on mathematical methods and models.
