On the theory and practice of investigation of crimes in economic activities sphere

The article deals with the current issues of investigating crimes committed in economic activities sphere. A special attention is given to features of interaction between the investigator and inquiry body in performing separate investigatory actions. The author offers some approaches to improving efficiency of the process of investigation.
