This paper looks at clusters. Clustering, the grouping of firms in close geographic proximity to one another, can enhance the performance of affiliated firms by providing access to complementary resources. The cluster is effective form of firm economic relationship in Russian economy. Also authors offer an original typology of innovations considering development of an infrastructure industrial cluster. This one is founded on Demand Pull Hypothesis. The results indicate necessity of allocation of infrastructural innovations for separate type for the best identification and decrease the innovative project risks.
