Issues of transformation of economic societies with the participation of the state in Uzbekistan

The article deals with the issues of transformation of large corporation in Uzbekistan. The article studies the essence of the concept of "transformation" and defines the main tasks of the transformation of enterprises, considers the essence and content of the decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the issues of transformation of enterprises, identifies the features of enterprises being transformed.
