Issues of creative influence A.P. Chekhov on the development of modern Uzbek literature

The article examines some aspects of the problem of the creative influence of the classic of Russian literature-Chekhov on the formation and development of modern Uzbek literature. The fruitful influence of A.P. Chekhov on the creativity of the Uzbek realist writer Abdulla Kakhhar. Analyzing the process of creative study of the Russian classics on the example of the works of Abdulla Kakhhar, the idea that tradition and innovation is an important factor in the development of literatures is confirmed. Vivid proof is the original creativity and skill of Qadiri and Kahhar, who are distinguished by the originality and originality of national characters - the heroes of their works.
