Issues of logistics of the customs bodies of the Russian Federation

Effective activity of the customs authorities provides for its timely, complete and uninterrupted provision with appropriate material resources. Hence the importance of the work of the rear service. The tasks of long-term development and the requirements for the state of the logistics service adequately reflect the strategic goals of increasing the efficiency of the entire customs service. In modern conditions, the problems of improving public procurement procedures, information and technical support of customs authorities, and the introduction of digital technologies into the practice of customs are actualized. The article defines the concept of logistic service, analyzes the main indicators, and also identifies the problems that most often arise during logistic support in the customs authorities.
