The article contains the analysis of principles of the «sustainable development» concept and the relevance in the current conditions on the example of PJSC «TATNEFT». ESG-index, carbon neutrality, features of renewable energy sources are considered as the «sustainable development» aspects. As a result of the conducted analysis some problematic issues of the «sustainable development» are detected, conclusions about the need for revision in PJSC «TATNEFT» are offered.
