Вопросы вакцинации против COVID-19 у реципиентов трансплантатов солидных органов

Цель работы - дать основные ответы на вопросы, посвященные вакцинации реципиентов трансплантатов солидных органов на основе последних источников литературы и клинических рекомендаций. Вакцинация реципиентов трансплантатов солидных органов и лиц, находящихся с ними в постоянном контакте, является обязательным, жизненно важным мероприятием, эффективно снижающим риск смерти от COVID-19. Сомнения в меньшей эффективности в условиях иммуносупрессии или потенциальный риск развития нежелательных реакций значительно уступают риску смерти и развития тяжёлых осложнений. До появления более новых данных режим вакцинации должен строго соответствовать инструкции по медицинскому применению препарата. Перед трансплантацией пациент должен быть обследован по скрининговому протоколу, а также консультирован врачом-трансплантологом, осуществляющим его наблюдение. Возможно, что цельновирионные вакцины (КовиВак) имеют преимущество перед прочими при вакцинации реципиентов солидных органов, но клинический опыт в этом вопросе ещё не получен.
