Issues of departmental interaction between the internal affairs bodies taking into account the improvement of the institute of public opinion within the framework of implementation of the normative process

In the context of the rule-making process, the article examines the issues of departmental interaction between the internal affairs bodies. Particular attention is paid to the formation of public opinion on the activities of the police and interaction with civil society. The author analyzes the work of professor V. I. Mayorov, devoted to the analysis of the experience of the police of foreign countries with a focus on the public. Partnerships between the police and society are also very important in the rule-making process, when citizens can participate in the discussion of draft departmental normative acts.
