The issues of the bank and Federal Customs Service of Russia interaction on the stage of economy modernization: the questions of theory and practice

The author analyze the questions of Russian Central Bank and Federal Customs Service interaction concerning the issues of elaboration of the efficient concept of currency exchange regulation and currency control. On the basis of the normative legal acts analysis the author draws a conclusion that it is necessary for the Bank of Russia to fix the transmission procedure of information from banks to customs authorities
