Education of a man of Russian military culture in the army environment of military contractors

Within the framework of this research, the author actualizes the problem of spiritual and moral education of modern soldiers in the army environment. To solve it, it is proposed to use a personality-oriented education of a culturological type (E.V. Bondarevskaya). The main goal of educational work in a military collective within the framework of this approach is to educate a person of Russian military culture, which combines the centuries-old Russian culture and the values of military service.
