Upbringing children in John Dewey’s family

Russian readers know John Dewey as the author of more 30 books and 900 scientific articles on philosophical, social, pedagogical and other issues. As a sign of international recognition of John Dewey UNESCO (1998) made a well-known decision relating to only four pedagogues who determined the process of pedagogical thinking in the 20 lh century. One of them was John Dewey. The article presents some biographical material for the first time available in Russian which demonstrates the peculiarities of bringing the children on John Dewey’s family.
