Education of professionally significant qualities of personality in the conditions of modern Russian society

The article raises the problem of formation of a graduate's professionally significant qualities necessary for effective self-realization in the epoch of innovative social development. It reveals that in the age of global innovations all the educational potential should be redirected from the «development-formation» paradigm to the «selfdevelopment and self-formation» one.
