Fostering in future social workers humane attitude towards citizens in difficult life situations

The article is devoted to the problem of fostering in future social workers humane attitude towards people who are in a difficult life situation. From the axiological point of view, the author gives the essence and content of the phenomenon of humanism, reveals the concept of "relationship", demonstrates the necessity to build humanistic qualities among students on the basis of domestic spiritual and moral experience. In the space of a humane relationship, the paper reveals the valency of an existing object or its qualities for a specific subject of the activity from the point of view of how this object is able to satisfy an actualized need. As a result, the subjective feeling is fixed not so much by the fact of the emergence of a humane relationship between a social worker and a client of a social institution, as a qualimetric component of this relationship, which is fixed in the mind in the form of an assessment of the level of this quality.
