Educational environment in high and higher schools as a prerequisite of professional and personal self-determination of future teachers

The article reviews the research results obtained in the course of study of how the educational environment in high and higher schools influences the professional and personal self-determination of future teachers. The author presents a model of the educational environment, describes its structure, parameters, participants, and evaluation criteria of its impact on the personal and professional development: a professional identity type, a way of activities self-organization, and a level of existential fulfillment of a person.
