The article deals with the groups of the social and pedagogical conditions: structural and functional, adaptively adapting, social and psychological, allowing to form the social experience of the persons with severe multiple developmental disorders in the processes of study and education in the center of the special education and rehabilitation and in the territorial center of the social services of the population. There is presented the model of the organization of the continuous development of the social experience of the persons with severe multiple developmental disorders.
