This article presents the results of the efficiency of using dosed hypercapnic hypoxia druing the rehabilitation of patients with neurasthenia in the resort. The positive influence of hypercapnic-hypoxic trainings on the patients' psychoemotional state is shown with the decreasing of idividual anxiety level and common asthenia
