Restoration of church conciliarity of old believers in the context of institutional transformations of XX-XXI centuries

The article is devoted to the formation and development of tradition of creation of canon and social structure as the base of Old Orthodox church conciliarity and its integration with Russian Orthodox Church during XX-XXI centuries. The prominence is given to the complex of sources, on the basis of which Holy councils and Diocesan conventions are hold in the Baikal region.
